Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

Please contact Mega Supply Inc, operated by LHH Mega Supply Inc, within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Returns must be approved before an item is shipped back. Items sent back without approval may be delayed or refused.

Eligible Returns

• The item must be the same part supplied by Mega Supply Inc.
• The item must be returned in the same general condition, with our identifying marks, labels, or serial references intact where applicable.
• Electrical parts, programmed modules, special-order items, altered parts, installed parts, and items sold for parts or repair may have limited return eligibility unless the issue was caused by our error.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive the wrong item, a damaged item, or an item that appears defective, contact us promptly at [email protected]. Include your order number, vehicle information, photos, and a description of the issue so we can review the claim.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or carrier damage approved through the claim process.
